First time ordering from Sheet Music Japan and I was a little wary at first, but Takenaka-san was very helpful in answering all my questions and alleviating my worries.
Books shipped out Monday and arrived the next day in the United States, I couldn't believe my eyes. Packaging was immaculate, with cardboard, bubble wrap, and air pillows in a well-fit box for the books' size. Outer box was affixed with a label thanking the delivery person, which was nice to see. This store clearly cares for their customers and the community as a whole.
New to piano, but a lifelong gamer with shelf space to fill; I will definitely be purchasing from here again.

The two beautiful books arrived in perfect condition in under 2 days via DHL from Kyoto to Toronto! The books were well protected with stiff cardboard backing, wrapped with plastic bag and bubble sheets, then cushioned inside a box the exact size of the books.
