[Returns and Refund Policy]

The policy lasts 10 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer you either refund or exchange in any situations after the term.
We can’t refund if the customer refuses to receive the product by customer's reason after it has been shipped.
Any return wishes have to inform us in advance via the contact form.
We only take any claims for obvious defective items originally came before you use and clearly disturbs to read for usages.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused as in the same condition to what you received with the original packaging when you return to us.
To complete your return, we require the order number, your name, item details and the description of the problem.
You will be responsible for paying either for original shipping costs on the purchase and returning. When your refund is approved, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, a certain time may vary for your refund.
When your case is accepted, it should be dispatched through traceable shipping service. We cannot insure your returning parcel in case it is gone lost.


Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you your case.
If your case is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that it may take some days to see the reflection on your bank account following your bank’s acceptance for the refund.

If you do not see any refund, first, please check your bank account again.
If no statement added for the refund, please contact your credit card company.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items could be refunded, unfortunately items on the sale cannot be refunded.

[Customs and Taxes]

While you import items from outside your country and the items are on the way, the customs clearances within your country may ask you duty or taxes and so does the courier for subsidiary fees.
In some cases, you could be judged by the custom clearance that the payments are necessary as you are the importer. Unfortunately, we have no control on those judges because it varies depending on the local government.

Please kindly note that when you import any items wherever you live and you import over the world, those custom orders may rise.  For these reasons, we cannot accept the refunds if it is concerned with local custom clearances.

We recommend that you may try to search the governmental statement on the internet beforehand the shopping.
You will be advised to 
contact your local customs and the shipping courier companies to ask further situations with you when the duty or tax payment occurs.
