Price, amount and currency
The best way to see the estimated amount in your currency, please find out the total amount including the shipping fee of your wishing order using our shopping cart system first.
You do not need to go forward to the payment and before the payment process, you will see the total amount in JPY.
(This is not guaranteed for the same amount in different times.)
Then you can find out current exchange rate and approximate amount in your currency using typical websites where have the currency rate converter and calculator system.
We cannot show exact amount in your country's currency because it must be reflected by the rate of your credit card company and the currency exchange which fluctuates on a daily or hourly basis.

Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally.

You can find whether your area is covered or not when you proceed your cart to the process for your shipping address before the payment process.
It depends on where you are. Orders will be dispatched in 1 to 2 business day (s) and it would take 2 to 6 via Express shipping while it would take around 8 to 18 days via Standard shipping.
Please allow delays because of the freight overwhelmed under this extraordinary climate.

Firstly, please kindly note that we cannot accept any type of 2 byte letters for Chinese or some of the Asian characters because international couriers accept only 1 byte letters like these English letters.
Also, please do not forget that it come with your both house number and room number if applicable, no abbreviations.
The best way is to doublecheck your address in English letters can be recognized by global online map for example Google Maps.
Ideally, the result of your shipping address in English precisely point out your place on those online maps.
Don't get panic, please!
Firstly, as long as your phone number and e-mail address is actively proper, your courier would contact you to find out your proper place.
However, once your item has been dispatched, we cannot change your address as the paper label for your address must be already out with your item(s), unfortunately.
Please contact to your courier who physically conveys your parcel as soon as possible.
If your courier is Japan Post, please wait until your item lands your country, otherwise the tracking number will not be recognized yet.
Once you receive the notification e-mails to let you know your parcel is now in your country, you can contact to your local postal services.
Kindly be sure that we do not accept any intentional address changes to change the place to receive, please.
